So after taking it to bits to solve a voice issue a few months ago, I'm now slowly putting it back together.

This version should now have all the features that are staying enabled again.

It also fixes the "Windows automatically adjusting the volume" (good spot Tony) issue, which was because I'd enabled the Voice distance feature again.

Voice distance now works as it should when the Distance box is ticked in the config menu.

If Distance is unticked, there will be no effect on the incoming audio and it should be heard as loud as normal.

I have noticed that I've inadvertantly disabled the ATC showing on the JoinFS map, but ATC will still show in the client as normal.

I'll correct that in the next version, which fingers crossed will be sometime away if v118 holds steady.
